All the trimmings of a luxury Massoga® massage yoga retreat, plus the best gelato, soaking in natural hot springs, witnessing local artisans at work, tasting the finest Italian produce, long afternoon strolls or riposo (nap-time) under the warming Tuscan sun, and plenty more. Join us in Italy for seven nights!
 
Rest is essential for our health and wellbeing - we know this to be true. However, how do we practice this, and how do we fit it into every day? Creating the space for Deep Rest​ on Retreat, you will have the opportunity to allow rest to become a natural part of every day, which you can carry back into daily life in ways that feel sustainable and practical for your lifestyle.
 
Transfers to and from Chiusi train station to the retreat house are inclusive on day 1 and day 8.
Train transfer from all airports is quite easy, and we can help you with tickets and directions.
The local train station is Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. You will be collected from here on Day 1.
Fly into the nearest local airport, Sant'Egidio Airport (PEG - Perugia) and major airports are Fiumicino Airport (FCO - Rome), Galileo Galilei Airport (PSA - Pisa).
 
On placing your deposit add your accommodation request into the NOTES section. OR contact us to learn about available accommpdation. We will endeavour to provide you with your first option. If we cannot do this we will call you to discuss other accommodation options. To learn more about accommodation please email info@massageyoga.com.au and we can send you a video of the available rooms!
 
Retreat packages include the following;
Seven nights and eight days of luxury farm-stay accommodation nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria, right on the boarder of Tuscany.
Four Massoga® Massage Yoga practices, a restorative yin yoga combined with massage for the most relaxed you will ever feel.
One Private Treatment of choice.
Two main meals and light breakfast daily prepared by our in house private chef, imbuing passion and love into all they create.
Water, herbal tea, coffee/tea served throughout the day.
Daily Slow Yoga, a Hatha practice to challenge the body gently with movement. Strength and conditioning offered with modifications, and no yoga experience necessary.
Daily Mindful Meditation, a seated practice to encourage clarity, awareness and presence, and no meditation experience necessary.
Free transfers from the nearby train station, Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.
Welcome drink.
Access to the pool.
Specialised workshops.
Two group excursions/activities.
One meal at a local restaurants.

Pre and post retreat support from our team.
 
Retreat package does not include the following;
International or domestic Flights to/within Italy.
Transfers to the town of Chiusi.
Travel Insurance. *It is highly recommended you take out travel insurance.
Any medical expenses that occur on, before or after retreat.
Alcoholic beverages are not supplied on retreat or on excursions.

Terms & Conditions (PLEASE READ)
Your place on retreat is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Deposit payments are non-refundable.
Deposit payments for retreat are fully transferable to retreat future dates, see Rescheduling Terms.
Your package must be paid in full with 3 months of your retreat date.
Massoga® Pty. Ltd. will endeavour to maintain the retreat package as advertised. If events outside of the organisers control should arise, they retains the right to room, date, location, and or schedule changes with limited notice.
 
Payment Options (PLEASE READ)
Place your deposit to secure your place on retreat. Your deposit is non refundable. It is transferable to other retreat dates up to 6 months prior to the original retreat dates booked.
Once you have paid your deposit a member of the Massoga® Team will be in touch to confirm your accommodation option.
Paying a deposit for a Massoga® Retreat holds your place for the Retreat, and requires full payment for your chosen package within 60 days of your deposit. Alternatively you can pay in instalments on a payment plan.
Payment plans are availble with 3 instalment payments, payments to be completed 3 months prior to retreat dates.
If you are booking within 60 days of the retreat, you are required to pay the balance within 30 days of paying your deposit.
If you are booking within 30 days of retreat, you are required to pay the balance within 7 days of paying your deposit.

Reschedule (PLEASE READ)
You are welcome to reschedule your retreat free of charge 6 months prior to retreat dates booked.
Rescheduling within 6 months incurs a 25% transfer fee.
Rescheduling within 3 months incurs a 50% transfer fee.
Rescheduling within 1 months incurs a 75% transfer fee.
 
Cancellation (PLEASE READ)
Cancelling your place on retreat with more than 6 months to your retreat entitles you to a full refund, excluding the deposit payment.
Cancelling within 6 months incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancelling within 3 months incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
